Continual minute by minute Facebook updates is getting ridiculous.
Why don't you just go ride and enjoy it.
Share the Stoke by all means but have respect for locals at the places you bombard with your attitudes and numbers.

such a loooooong beach I am sure a coach full of kiters could arrive and it still would not be crowded

kited there twice this week and both times only a handfull of kiters out

Hey LittleFella, don't be down in the dumps. Werty sounds like a good reasonable person and I am sure that he, and his friends, would welcome you anytime to share the stoke anytime in their hood.

Are locals included in the kitegang rules or can they kitesurf in large numbers just because they are locals? Ridiculous conversation.

Our issue was not the number of people but more that the group helped themselves to my pump used and damaged it, and left it dumped in the sand 50metres from where they had taken it. Happy for anyone to come and kite but at least have the decency to look after and respect my gear and return it from where you borrowed it. The majority of kiters are great amazing people. So not the most ridiculous conversation. Just points out that we should all respect and do the right thing by all beach goers. It's not that difficult.

Well that is a completely different story re your kite pump and I agree that you have every right to be pissed off. But when you say"our issue is not the number of people" and the first two sentences of this post read, "turning up a beach with more than five people is not acceptable... Have some respect for others", are we supposed to assume your kite pump drama that appears later in the same post? Some of the best days kite surfing that I've ever had have involved sharing the water and beach with a whole heap of kitesurfers enjoying themselves. Trying to suggest that we should limit the number of mates that we kitesurf with is ridiculous. Everyone should respect everyone - common sense.

Sorry littlefella. Like I said earlier, I have no issues with number of people. I thought the topic was broader than the numbers thing. Sorry for confusion, my mistake. Beers and hand job after a kite sounds great. Will PM you so we can catch up for a kite, beers and HJ. Glad that you are sharing the stroke.
