I am thinking of organising a kitefoil race day/days next November at Corner Inlet(near Sandy Point 2.5hrs from Melbourne CBD.)
Corner inlet is huge and due to its underwater topography has large areas of flattish water in most wind strengths.
I am suggesting 2 classes,
1: open class
2: LEi + Alloy foil class
Think of it as a fun way to bring Foileurs together for a blast.
So, I am looking for various inputs and suggestions to help this happen, be fun, and give me enough info to prepare submissions for council and parks etc. permits.
