it's a 2019

all you have to do is go to google images search, then type the brand - model - year. Change the year in each search and eventually you will find it. Another way is to do a reverse google image search and upload your images images.google.com/

Also, on the Cabrinha kites, the manufacturing year is usually written on a white label I believe close to one of the wing tips inside the canopy or close to the middle of the leading edge. here is an example:
