Hi,
I've got a Griffin 11.5mt and am wondering if anyone knows what the suitable bar and lines might be?? I tried emailing Griffin but I haven't heard back. I think the kite might be 4 or 5 years old. I bought it along with a 7 & 9 which share the same bar and lines. The seller couldn't find the ones for the 11.
I'd be glad for any helpful info.

Sure a Buzz kite bar and lines would fit, not sure if they are low V but any would prob match

Agree contact Buzz however make sure you get the longest bar with long vee in the middle lines.
Long vee has many benefits including it facilitates easier kite landing.

I have a Griffin 17m kite and have used both my Ocean Rodeo 14.5 and RRD lines as well as my mate's Cabrinha lines with it. Basically any bar and lines will probably work without issue.

Just be aware that Griffin kites, (like RRD) have the knots and loops at the end of the kite lines reversed, compared to other brands, so if you decide to use another brand of bar, make sure you swap the pigtails, (or make new ones) else you will potentially accidentally connect the front lines on the back of the kite and vice versa. Not a good look. (and you will probably die...)

Griffin usually ship the same bar for 7,9 and 11.5, so you should be able to use the same bar for all three kites, no issues.

Thanks for the info...I was under the impression from the seller that the 11.5 had separate bar & lines than the 7 & 9's. Thanks...I'll give it a run on the Griffin Bar and lines for the 7 & 9.

Most larger kites ( over 11m ? ) are sold with a slightly longer bar to help with maintaining its turning speed, but you will barely notice the difference. Just use your existing bars.
You might think the kite is a bit of a slow turner but you'll get used to it.
