Heading up to Kalbarri next week. Tried putting everything in but then kids wouldn't fit. Wife insists they come.
Haven't been there in years, which kit should i drop?
- kite gear - surf
- kite gear - foil
- SUP gear - surf
- SUP gear - foil
- wind wing
-climbing gear
- mountain bike
Nursing an injury so prefer to SUP surf rather than prone surf, if there is anywhere that doesn't piss people off to go?

Hire a small cage trailer and take everything, with 3 kids it's painful trying to stuff all your gear in the car

Hey mate,
I did a short visit to Kalbarri earlier this year and was a bit surprised at the lack of great locations for some sports. I would say Kite and twin tip and maybe foil and wind wing. Forget surf and foil. The river is always gusty and shallow too so if taking wing foil, go with a very short mast option. Climbing gear for sure. Do your climbing early as the gorges get crazy hot after about 10am.

Cheers folks. Yep i will try and go corros on way up/down, but mainly will be family gig so looking at what can be done local, if it is more than 20 mins away then i'll probably not bother!
Reckon a 70cm mast on the windwing setup is ok Darren?
don't even have a twintip now but i'll put in a skimboard.
