So all kiters jump coming into the beach. Does anyone jump and do tricks on the other tack out at sea?

My dominant stance is regular (left foot forward), so depending on the wind direction I prefer to do tricks in one direction or the other... where I am now is usually on the outgoing tack,... so I do my trick fairly early in the tack... don't want to have a disaster half a kilometer out and loos my board there... is deep and sharky...

Maybe I should practice jumping in the other direction so I'm like "everyone" else...

On the odd occasion I do a trick or jump
Out at sea but most of the time it's behind the surf break and stupidly! close to shore .
It's that sharky feeling that gets me
especially when you look back and see how
Far from shore you are .

You'll find that jumping close to shore is the thing to do, not fun losing your board 2km out at sea. Most of the time you also get less chop closer to shore.
