My points in order of importance will be;
1) Low handrail on the leeward said of the new path to stop kites catching on the bits that stick out/no bits that stick out, 2) new path to have as low a gradient as possible, 3) no trees or other obstacles at the top of the new path, 4) seat in the paved not to go across the direct line from the grassed area to the top of the new path, 5) foreshore path to have painted warnings of 'kiters crossing'

, 6) smaller paved area to cut costs, if needed.
