Hi All,
In the market for a decent impact vest and have been doing a bit of research but still have lots of questions. There are a few on the market, but it is still confusing. As I am just starting progressing to jumps, I am looking for recommendations for a vest,
1. That can go under a Wetsuit (so not bulky and no padding above the shoulder)
2. Can accommodate a waist harness
3. Pro's and cons for having one under a wet suit
4. Best one for over a wetsuit (although I think this will be the Forward WIP)

Stops it from riding up if the Harness rides up. Wetsuit keeps it in place.

I use the Nitrous shorts and rope spreader so they can't ride up. Never had a problem with the WIP riding up either. The fit and strips on the inside keep it firmly in place - at least for me they do.

Somethings seems off here. It the riding up part for both the impact vest and harness is so bad that you are considering wearing the impact west underneath the wetsuit, something is wrong. Both an impact vest and a harness that are good and fit well should not ride up a lot. They will ride up a bit during a bad fall, etc., but it should not be a consistent thing. I would advise you to get an impact vest that fits you well and tightly and wear it ontop of the wetsuit. At the same time make sure your harness fits well for your body type.

You'll need a bit of string to tie around the waist belt on the Forward wip - bow tie knot around the old fella..
