Welcome to dadville
next you'll have another one, coz the little guy needs a playmate right.
And then there'll be almost no kiting for the next two years.
I haven't got any tips but I feel your pain
It's certainly pretty difficult isn't it? I've always been 100% open and honest with my struggles becoming and being a dad as i've certainly found it challenging. Life went from being carefree with disposable income and so much free time to the complete opposite. Stacked on too many pies which is already a challenge when your a super heavy weight, stopped exercising (i couldn't even squat 100kgs now and 3 years ago that was a warm up set!), not to mention kiting daily and just when life started to become normal again....

As hard as it is, wait 7 or 8 more months and it's fkn awesome when they are proper little kids and you can do so much with them and bond so much better and they are also down to one sleep. Wait until you see the bond when #2 comes along. as hard as it is It's the best thing i have ever seen.
On the kiting front, i it's certainly hard! More so with work commitments than family but i recommend a good sleep routine. Not only can they sleep through the night but both my girls sleep for almost 2hrs at 1pm each day... Might not be able to kite all arvo but i will take an hour or 2 on my days off and Thursday and Friday are my next days off
