dont think ya can get income insurance for this. I guess just stepping out a perfectly good plane doesnt really cut it. really tho I've done the sky dive and the bungy jump but the most impressive thing was the helicopter ride thru the cloud filled canyon to the bungy jump, the white out clearing as you passed the rock wall was def better then either of the jumps. nothin like a bit of solid ground to give you perspective!!
Yeah ref the pink mist there are some pretty bad vids showing blokes smash into things while wingsuit flying on youtube - the bridge cable is particularly nasty.
All joking aside. the 1000 or so sky dives you have to do first puts me off... too much prep for the end game.
speedflying on the other hand. more similar to kiting using similar sized wings... that might be something i could see myself doing. but you need a couple of years of paragliding first before you do that....
this surely would be the ultimate definition of freedom. i'd give my left one. do ya think your arms would tire from the upward air pressure on the wingsuit? i'm thinking these guys may train particular parts/muscles int their body???
i just got home from bali tried out the new ride at the water bomb ,vertical freefall for 50mts locked inside a safe tube beleive me , you dont want to try flying gravity is stronger than you think sreamed like a girl, only to emerge 6 secounds later witha crowd of people laughing at you.... yewwwwwww[}:)] those batmen are craaaaazzzzzyyyyyyyyyyyy
yes it has been posted before minimal but its one video you never get sick of watching. its so far the best base wingsuiting video available for public viewing , probably one of the only sports that ranks with the tow surfing at teahupoo on the weekend ........maybe even more extreme because there is no room for any mistakes....
mirko was the guy being aggresive! legend in the wingsuit/basejumping/terrain flying community..RIP
