Yeah dunno tho what I saw, amongst the numerous shots of the poster riding alone, was the poster dropping in on the kiter twice... and the poster saying "surfers ALWAYS have priority" which I suppose is meant to justify dropping in on the kiter.. ? So yeah there was also bad behaviour from the kiter maybe in hanging round the pack, but that was far from convincing. Shot from so far away with a tele lens that compresses everything, you can't tell how close anyone actually was.

When the waves are small and taking a long time between the sets only one good wave P set
Everyone know the rules very simple Surfers have priority!
There is another spot without surfer only 200m north from this one , with no Surfers!

You are fairly aggro for someone trying to appear all in peace and harmony with life on your insta. Thought someone like that would not have that many problems sharing some waves. Anyways, no idea what happened since you posted a turbo edited bit of footage. Probably kiter and surfer were beeing di**s. I would stay clear of surfers anyways since I rather not get a beating

We were surfing about 7 people out waves were small and sets taking a long time ,only one good wave per set
Everyone was been polite and waiting there turn
Them this 2 kiters arrived with the video maker
And in the very first good wave this kiter start to scream and went in the wave
Was my turn in the line so I paddle and got the wave , that is when he tried to push me of my board (watch the video)
The other kiter came to me and sad is wind and I should go in and get my kite ,that I couldn't surf and they making a video (believe or not )
But I don't need to explain anything
Is a simple universal rule Surfers have the right of the way isn't???

One thing was clear they made the sport look really bad for everyone that was watching

If you are upset about missing a few waves on your Indo holiday to the point of complaining on the internet then you need to get a reality check.

There's wars, poverty, spiralling costs of living and other real problems out there.

Share the stoke, not constant outrage over everything that upsets your wave count

I agree about poverty that is why I never bring my on bule video maker and photographer with no working visa like this guys and the pros
And steal the job from the locals they feed there family with this money
I always support the locals
That is why I always name the spot Lakey peak in all my photos and videos I don't care if gets crowded
Not like some pros that come here make videos and say is another island For me that is to selfish I just want more and more people to come here and help the community

If the kite is HA or LH this or that I don't know I never read the technicals I'm not a designer
I prefer try the kite fell it and make my on opinion
What I can tell you this kite is working pretty good all around turns barrels and airs that is what I want from I kite
Having so much fun sharing the line up respecting the Surfers wing Surfers and other kiters and teaching the locals

As a lifelong surfer and 20+ year kiter, I see both sides. I always give way to surfers as a kiter - we have more speed, more opportunity to ride waves which are not as good for surfing, and we can be fugging dangerous at speed.

Why does nobody want to sponsor me...

Looks like you're getting your share of the waves out there

My son, a junior was there the last couple of weeks and he couldn't believe the way some people behave in the water. In his words there plenty of waves to surf and kite, you just need to all play nicely could t believe the way some people were such dicks. It was his first kite trip OS, thanks Smook and Peri Robert's for the tag along.

I always respect surfers in the line up
Always tell them to go in any wave and never burn or try to push them from the board like oswald and Charlie did to me

Now about helping the community Just ask the locals who helped them when one of the photographers wife was dying with appendicitis and needed a urgent operation
Ask them who helped to pay and why Is she alive today
Also ask who helped teaching and giving clinics this year and all the money went to the boardriders
And who took the kid to the dentist
I'm not rich but I do what I can to help the community
Yeah I grown-up in a poor country and I see poverty in first hand
