Somtimes I nail it first go putting in a bladder somtimes I get this. How do I fix it. Iv put it in and out so many times this arv with the same result!

Could be the canopy or bladder are outa wack. Maybe try blowing it up. Talc powder, Vaso. So many maybes in life.

this is caused by some bladder material pinching under the valve. Push the valve back in, hold it up and shake it so that no bladder material gets stuck underneath before you pull the valve back in place. It can take a couple of tries but eventually you'll get it. No need for talc powder or anything else

Unsure of brand but my flexifoils have a double layer around valves which ruffle up
Also if your valves aren't set correct ie twisted clock or anti clockwise this can cause a similar appearance,
Can get seriously frustrating as the winds rattling the front door and howling through the window
Have you tried putting a bit more into it, not fully as this can also pop out a snag , generally when you see this you stop putting a bit more air in , a bit of a massage along the le in said area can help align everything

Before pulling the valve through the hole, try pulling it past the hole (almost to where the strut is) then pull the valve back out through the LE hole, this means there is plenty of bladder between the struts and you wont get this tightness happen.
Do this to all the valves before seating them, I usually have about a foot or more of bladder hanging out the tip of the kite before I go and pull the valves through.

Another thing is try rotating the valve, you could have pulled it through a bit off line and they are quite a tight fit once seated in the LE so wont naturally rotate.

Pump it up a little more.... to be sure its not twisted.
It seriously looks like the bladder has a 180° Twist right in that location.

Yeah this happens easily when the bladder has a slight twist as it was inserted back into the LE. I swear by talcum powder though (as long as the kite's dry as a bone too). Get a rubbish bag and pour in a good dose of talcum. Put the entire bladder into the bag, tighten the opening with your hand and give it a good shake. Just make sure the entire bladder has been coated. Then insert it in again into the kite. But ideally get someone else to pull the line so you can make sure the bladder goes in nice and flat (valves facing direction of where holes are along the LE). Pump the kite a little (not fully) and just go along the LE squeezing and quickly letting go of the LE to try and give it like a squeeze-n-pop feel. This makes sure the bladder adjusts itself properly. Finally yeah as Cbu said, make sure you're not pinching any bladder material with your valve as you've pulled them through the holes. They must be 100% clear and behind the valve. Almost 100% fail safe technique, well works for me every time.

try taping a piece of cardboard to the end of your bladder that will fit through the opening in your wing tip ,as mentioned above talc it up and pull it through ..the cardboard prevents it turning inside your LE

farNT nailes it. The card board works every time. Keeps the bladder from twisting. And as Lofty mentions, the talcum is a good lubricant to ease it through

They have a hole ready to connect your line and you can tape the bladder tip . Your buddy can rest his or her hand on it

and as you pull it through make sure it does not twist . Works for me and i am a 77yo :-)..!!!!!!!

Cardboard stuck to bladder.

Always use a mate to help put bladder in.
6 times I did it on my own with a ****ty result. Mate turns up to help and got it first go.

How come its always near the struts?
And its always the 2nd half of the LE, never the first half you put back in????
