when learning these powered loops, I eventually had to quantify when to pull, to avoid the body and minds evolutionary instinct to protect itself from harm....
so this worked for me...
as I released...on the back foot stamp counted 1 thousand,
then on the 2 thousand I pulled no matter what...
o I don't need to do this anymore, but for me, quantifying it helped with commitment, although if my timing gets messed up I go back to it now and then.
Its one of those counter intuitive moves...
the more power you have, the higher you go, the quicker and harder you loop...
the safer it is....
