What are the prerequisites? I would say you would have to be semi intelligent, a bit lonely and up for biffo may be a characteristic. I would suspect that 50% of the moderators on here havent even touched the water (besides having a bath) due to their age and also would have a pet cat or 2.

If you walked into a store and started acting like a clown or a fool spouting crap and nonsense, what would you expect from the shop owner?

[3] to ask you to leave?
[4] to stop the conversation on the spot?
[5] call the cops?
