I wasn't sure if this would work but it's been over a month and still going strong. Retic glue. Seems kinda obvious really.

Thin cable tie placed in recess works a treat , you find these in some kite spare bags

unfortunately yes, that's what wd40 is for

there is, but green glue is for pressure and blue glue is not

unfortunately yes, that's what wd40 is for

And if it cant be fixed by either of these assume its electrical

I've used gorilla glue to fix this too, dunno if you have it down in upside-down land. It foams when it reacts with water and fills the gap while gluing it together. I use this stuff for everything
