Last Sunday I called into Kite power Sydney on my way home from a weekend in the city but I hadn't realised it was a little past closing time.

Alex saw me at the window and offered to opened up the shop to help me out with a new harness. Not only did I get to get a harness that suited but at a discount. As I don't often get a chance to come to Sydney, I was appreciatative of the above and beyond service
and saved another long drive.

This is what you don't get online.

Good service and a discount is a great way to keep you coming back. Everyone wins .

I've dealt with kite power exactly twice over the space of 15 years. Both times they have been awesome. If they weren't on the opposite side of the country I'd blow a lot more cash there!

Agreed. Great service, friendly dudes and plenty of stock. I try and call in when I am in the city, but it's not that often. I have called and ordered items and had them shipped out same day. It's still nice having a shop and chatting with other people that are passionate about kiting.

+1 have sorted me with a good second hand kite and new bladders (when my local had no idea and told me I have to wait weeks) so they know their stuff.

+1 for KiteAction for the same reasons.

I am from Melb so have never met any of them.

Only minor gripe with KP was once they had new drifters advertised for around $900 on seabreeze when I called up they told me the price was wrong...
