To me it look's like you didn't include the copyright info on the forum pages. You seem to be using open source software, it’s free and great but you need to acknowledge all the hard work that geeks put in. For more info read up on GPL or have a chat to the guys who created you site

Wouldn't you think a clever forum template maker would contact me first before trashing my control panel and deleting my website text.

Agree, but if some geeks spend months and months developing a software they could become a bit grumpy if someone uses their software illegally. Your website in general is not affected, just reinstall the forum and make sure you keep the copyright tags in the template. If it happens again use a different forum software. I have installed PHPBB(.com) many times and never had a problem and it has more bells and whistles than you need.

The template was stock standard and no changes were done.
The most illegal thing I did was 55km/h in a 50 zone past the Bluff pt Butcher yesterday.

Something else is up with it. I have my keyboard wizz kid connection on the case.
