Yeah it's my bread and butter for sure- Especially when it gets big. I also ride an Axis Kapua 5'9 as a more regular surfboard. New wave can handle the beating I generally give it.

That's great, I'm surprised to hear though that it handles your beating. I've got one too (the older black/blue version) and it snapped early on when I used straps on it. It's still in the garage as a project to fix tho...and then ride it without straps!

Thanks for props! I think you mean the kiteloop where the camera rotates and I switch my feet (body variable) looks cool but think it would be better with a revl if they ever get released. Here's my cut down line mount for my sessions 4 gopro. I use the rubber from a fly screen to keep the lines from sliding as I've lost the ones with the mount a few times.

Very cool Rich! Ject checked out the REVL - wow when are they going to finish those! Wonder what the hold up is. Technology moves so fast now days must be hard for companies to get up and running quickly - the time they bring out a new camera theres a better one already on the way lol (Like the GOPRO Fusion coming soon)

Im the best dangling balarina-transition the kite so no power- wantabe-no value to sponsor cause I changem every month- can't spel-fight with all comps organisers-fight with magazines cause they are corrupt- bad sport sook-I just kite because I love it but look at me- follow me on instagram cause the world doesn't realise how great I am.


Back to cameras...the GoPro fusion looks pretty amazing with the stabilisation. I still like the rotation the revl can provide. hope GoPro the company can hold it together as they've been struggling.

So much competition now must be hard. Their software is pretty amazing though (especially the quik app!) think they are still winning the tech race. Hope they kill it with the fusion can imagine they are putting it all on the line! If a leading tech company like that goes down would suck for everyone, so I think loyal go-proers should stick with them!
Rich have you tried a 360 4k Fly camera yet? We're getting a test drive at one soon any tips?

Yeah hope GoPro have a winner with the fusion -agreed it would be unfortunate for the number 1action cam brand go down as they have been leading the way for years. Haven't tried a 360 fly looks pretty cool but twice as much as the session 4 I last bought. Guess the 360 view would be cool on the lines as you could look around and view the kite positioning at the same time as the riding. Would be fun to experiment.

leo: pretty great riding on your last edit in some insane waves. Doesn't give you licence to highjack a post having nothing to do with you and making it all about you. You come off as a whinging fool with attacking the industry, brands and comps etc. Being a sponsored rider is less than half ability on the water and more importantly about how you represent the brand off the water. You have gone through so many sponsors in the past 5 years your ability to promote a brand with integrity has turned into a farce. You also always end your sponsorship on ugly terms which says a lot about how you conduct yourself. Pull your head in-it can only help your cause.

I look for brand that is happy to give me free kites not discounted
Becouse can't afford to pay for the kites
So if next year that brand doesn't want give me new kites i just look for another one that is interested simple ... so that is why i keep changing
My biggest mistake was my first sponsor Kitepower shouldn't Never believed in all his promises he made me .

On a 4 line control Bar, flag-out line remains fully functional while the non flag-out front line locks the mount in position.
