I've been getting several questions about my book that @DutchRooster so brazenly plugged yesterday, so I thought I'd plug it myself.

It just came out and is about a serious kitesurfing accident I had a couple of years ago at Sydney's Northern Beaches. Or rather, about the two year recovery journey that followed after I came out of my coma. I wrote it specifically for a big sub-group of us, sales professionals, to share what I've learned about dealing with setbacks and how to persevere when things don't go your way. I use my personal journey as a backbone throughout the story to share what I've learned, and how to apply that in sales.

It was amazing how many of those who saw the accident started using helmets after that accident.. For a while at least.

Wish u luck with the sales ; met some v inspirational people in the past on dive boats with work/sport related accidents who went on to do self help seminars and inspire many...
