He put the seat on so he could foil until his broken foot healed.

He needs a bottle opener on the seat, otherwise he wont be able to quench his thirst.

Thats my dad's friend who has terrible hip and knee problems. Think twice before commenting.

He broke his foot. Needed pins to re set it. July and August are the best months of the year where he is, Hood River Oregon, north west United States. Now he can keep kiting.

This might sound strange but I've often wondered how I'd maintain my addiction if I lost the use of a arm or a leg. I'm glad there's hope!

... in my experience I can see 5 possible bottle opener in that pic without needing to put an extra opener on, maybe more if I look harder but then again I have a bit of experience in this area to see 'em.
