Been a winter full of light/variable wind and huge surf, finally got a session and wanted to play with my new gopro. Pretty rusty/kooky from not being out in a while but had a blast. Now the wind is gone again...

what kite/bar is that? What size is the kite too?

It's a 2011 Crazyfly slash, which they only made for about two years... it's actually a really good wave kite even though it wasn't designed to be. I was on a 9 meter and really powered up. The bar is a combo of switch V2 bar with the V1 swivel and lines, not really by choice but because I had to franken-bar something together. Works ok for now.

Thanks! It's just a good old helmet cam, but I was using the hero session (the little cube one) and the mount is a lot lower profile than a standard go pro.

Hargs, yep it's Mokuleia. I think backyards was really good that day because hardly anybody showed up at Moks. There were only 3 of us out! That doesn't happen too often.

Thought so - haven't been to Mokuleia for a few years now - it is probably one of the best places I've kited, lots of fun. Can't wait to get back there some day soon. Hope you get some more wind soon, cheers Hargs.
