Hi guys,

I finally managed to find time to work on my

ply boards. I decided to be a poplar plywood core. Core is not completed and upper and bottom panel is not glued yet. One is a copy of Spleene door, and the other is something 138X42cm.

I need some advice to continue....

The first problem is how to do bottom channel on the door , and how deep should it be?

Another problem occurred in calculations for thinning the tips on the door, instead 3mm they are 2mm. Is it too thin?

Also I need advice on glassing(How much glass and where),to get the best strength and flex.
