There will be always different views on this.
One can alway argue that if on a 4 line kite which has a single line flag out, that line was to snap, you'd end up in deep **** whereas with safety on both front line, you'd still have the second one to save your arse.
I had F-one before and after the change. Never had to use it but you are right, single line is more efficient (unless it snaps when you need it...)
Bottom line is if you really care about safety, get a kite with a fifth line....
Back to OP's question: it is recommended to fly the bandit with a high V (around 4m as Swavek mentioned). If the North trust bar has a high V around 4m then it will work fine.
Mind that The Bandit connectors are 4 x pig tails and you will find that most other brands have a combination of 2 x lark heads and 2 x pig tails.
And easy solution would be to buy extra connectors to match whatever is on the bar that you are gonna use if that makes sense.
