That water looks just like our duck pond here in Vic - cold, murky and lumpy!!I guess the glacier in the background is kind of cool? (oh opps that might have been a pun ??)
Its interesting that they have a change in kite aspect ratio between the small and larger kites - does that mean they will feel different to fly from the smaller to larger kites?
Is the rebel still a five line kite ?? Id have to say Ive not been a fan of the 5 liners after my learning experience with a slingshot fuel !! Oh and the return to Dacron on the wing tips caught me by surprise!! has North seen the 'new Naish cloth'?
I don't fly North kites but my mate does and they seem to go OK apart from the dice which really has a dicky wingtip twist - it seems to turn inwards which just looks wrong!!
Loaded 5 lines gives you a much higher wind range, a rebel 10 in mid to high 20s will be a more stable kite than say an edge 4 line, I'm certainly with you on the dice, I constantly look at kites when flown and something certainly looks different on the dice, especially the earlier models , possibly sorted with the latter/latest editions, looks too much backline tension
