"this guy is pretty much what defines this event"

On Thursday 6th February, 24 riders from twelve nations went to battle in over 30 knots of wind, making jumps of over 20 metres and pulling off the most extreme moves ever seen at King of the Air. By the end of the day, Hawaiian Jesse Richman would claim the coveted African Trophy. I thought you wanted the new orbit, or said you really liked them.

No. But I'd love to give one a crack for sure. Even with the goggles.

The Orbit is a wicked kite I'm riding from 10-14 knots 78kg so far waiting for a decent blow to go.
Cruises upwind occasionally loads enough power up to develope a boost front roll etc.
But has to honesty be one of the best feel transfer to another kite I've come across felt adapted to it straight away and I'm fortunate enough to ride 4+ different brands through the yr. So know some differences.
Some kites have sweet spot low or high in window the orbits is massive low off the water for wakestyle and it delivery insane amount of pop. Or higher in widow like a Naish for big boosts.
Boost and hangtime is well ?? I say this time just believe the hype.
It blows any 2016 till 2020 rebel away completely different kite.
Zero backstalling.
Loves back line pressure haven't had my 12m backstalling once on me and was deliberately oversheeting.
To conclude the short review the 12m turns like a 10m
Has good grunt through loops heaps of pop and is built really well. KOTA winner no less.
Navigator bar is possible the best on market.
Not as much margins in them as some at least 3 other brands so you it may not be pushed as hard in shops as some other brands at you yet.
Regardless don't take my opinion go ask for a demo you won't be disappointed.
