Hi everyone!

Looking for the best spot for kitesurfing end of March/start of April. Anywhere in the world!

I want to organize a super surprise kite trip for my kite addict hubby for his 40th. Having trouble finding a spot where those dates match the best wind season - so any suggestions welcome!
