Dimitri lives in the OBX has an awsome house that backs onto the sound. Cape Hatteras area has the best pick of conditions, went for 10 days and had wind for 10. Did jump off Kill Devil hill for one day on a hang glider, in Wilbur and Orville's footsteps - constant wind available. Dimitri's enthusiasm is his nature, good guy, always had a kite to lend you to get you out on the water, sure a bit of salesman ship as well, but the stoke is kiting. This could have been shot around OBX or anywhere.
