I've spent a bit of time playing with different design combos. Unlickily for me, its just made it even more confusion. What I originall thought was my favourate is now my worst preference.

I'm keen on 1, 6, 4, 24, 11, 12, 20....

I just dont know. What do you think looks the coolest?

Why dont you design your own picture or design?
Make kiting more personal to you.
Thats what my g/friend is about to do.
There is a certain cute cartoon character that looks a little like her so it will go on the base of the board.
That is her board then.
CB is brilliant like that.

Aww sh*%, it isnt one of your preferences, suppose I just made it even harder!!

Yep, design your own, very satisfying everytime you look at your board. Unless you are compulsive obsesive. Then you want to change it each time you look at it.

Hmm, I think you might be compulsive obsesive if you have 7 options to choose from! Bottle of rum usually halps you make up your mind!

What difference does it really make??

Its not like you spend any time looking at the board. Its for riding.

Just get a board off the shelf with standard graphics.

I reckon 6 is the best of your preferences, but overll - what a shocking bunch of skate punk style designs!

Go for something really simple, pick a symbol or character than means something to you and create your own, really simple, un cluttered board.

It will look way nicer. All that stuff looks like it's aimed at 14 year old metal heads.

21 would be my first pick mate, BECAUSE you can find it in the water

followed closely by 24, cause its a good looking board.

Red, white and orange all stand out better than black, blue and green. I would focus on those colours.
Not much would be worse than having a near 1000dollar board, more than likely floating within 100m, and not being able to spot it, and giving in.

21 would be my choice, i broke a blue board, which has now been fixed and is white and is very easy to find in the water.
I reckon the full top and bottom Aztec design is cool.
I'll be getting one in september on the tempo

Cheers for the feedback guys. I'd like to design my own but cant be arsed. Plus the standard graphics looks pretty sweet anyway.

I were going to hold off until september when our winds come back over here in south Oz and when cardboards brings out their new size in the tempo range (between 130 & 137). But last night I put a spanner in the works.

Does anyone want to buy a new high tech prototype board? it has newly developed aggressive unidirectional rocker, super flexy one-way tip. New highly developed crunchy, grindy noise when riding in chop.

Upwind ability has been sacrificed and landings can be a bit tricky.

price: 2 cartons of beer ONO

I did this last night damn it! I jinxed myself looking at a new board. Now I have to get one.

Na at about 5:30pm on the water. I didnt think I landed too hard either!

It is night nowdays. Damn I hate it how daylight saving has finished. Getting dark at 6.00 is a pain in the proverbial!

how dodgy is this!!? Given the price of kiteboards, i thought they'd be of high quality and hard to break.

I've got the 137 tempo in a #9. Love it.

If you want a size between 130 & 137 just speak to Dan at cardboards, pretty sure they will do any size you want.

I've got a 16 - I didn't choose it, it was one they had in the shop. Still Very cool though. It makes life much easier if there are less options. As long as they look OK.

If I did have to make a choice out of what's there, I would go for 1 or 4.

Well as much as I had my heart set on getting a CB tempo, underground is giving me an excellent discount on a new board.

So I hope its as good as the tempo but for the money i'm gunna save from the broken board, I have to settle with the FLX.

Although keep boasting on about the tempo, I'm spewing I missed out on the sexy graphics and the pop.

I'll hopefully give you some feedback on the new FLX and hopefully catch up with someone with a quad tempo to compare in the future.

Thanks again to the boys at underground! You guys are legends

Have you thought about putting a picture of your girlfriend on your board?

That way you'll see more of her through the kiting season

You want a strong board? My cabrina custom snapped both bones in my leg and it still didnt break.

Good point echo. Although it would probably also depend on the angle of the impact...
Hope you'r recovering well btw. (Was that you at the beginning of that video of the dude being airbourne for 40 seconds 80 meters in the air? just curious)

21,

I'm a bit biased though coming from the west coast of Canada and having a similar sun (minus the flamingo heads) Tatoo'd on my shoulder.
