The newest addition to the Perth kite community is the Upwinder Van, a unreal way of making the most of the downwind scene in Perth this summer. Bring your mates or come on your own, either way its awesome to be part of this fun kite community.
Departing Trigg every windy week day at 1630 to take you upwind there is no excuse to miss a downwinder.

The Upwinder was started as we found it hard to organise downwinders and meet riders. We've also found it hard to try new gear, so now we're bringing the gear to you! Love this sport!

Hey mate,

What a fantastic service! I have taken the van on numerous occasions as most of my mates do not kite or have other commitments.

Without the Upwinder I could not be scoring so many waves! And from what I have seen I am not the only one as the van has been full on more than one occasion since the beginning of the season.

I would highly recommend the Upwinder to anyone doing downwinders, even if you have your one crew, it's convenient, hassle free and you get to meet nice people.
