The NHP doesn't have the extra inserts to easily mount bindings, but there are options that you can use to fit them. If you are going to get a NHP for bindings get a big size anything under 135 will be to small unless you are under 65 kgs. Boards around 138 or bigger work a hell of a lot better and you get the full advantage of riding with the boots. At 90kgs i use a 140 50/50 and find it perfect. I wouldn't even try bindings on my 134NHP.
Liquid force make some good boards for bindings, so does cabrinha, slingshot had the darkside last year as a bindings board. This year Flexifoil are releasing a Hadlow board just for boots, cardboards will do a custom tempo for you to fit whatever boots you get and whatever stance you want. There are a lot of good options if boots is your main aim, the 50/50 is a good compromise if you want to use both boots and straps but 90% of the time if you have boots on a board your not going to take them off.
