Where can I get the best wind? with no sharks please jeje! Should I fly to Perth? or Sydney? please help

Fly to Perth.
Then get out of there as quick as you can

Head for Geraldton. This uncrowded place goes off. It has almost 10 knots more wind and 90 - 100 days of more windy days than Perth per year. (EB checked the calendar and recons he kited over 200days last year)
Dunno about renting gear. I have rented to some people and found it actually cost me money looking at the miserable state of the returned gear.

Enjoy your trip where ever you go.

Great video! I think I should follow your advise of getting out of Perth as soon as I get there :) I hope there are some natural parks, around the area. Please let me know if you know somebody or group for kitesurfing that I could hook while staying there.

hi mate dont listen to the shark stories.The crocs keep the sharks away from the shallow spots where you kite.And they are easy to see.But very quick.We hardly lose life here. Only occasionally.You will be safe.

Hey don't listen to these locals they are only trying to scare you. The only thing you have to worry about is the highly venomous box jelly fish, just keep your eye out if you need to tack upwind to get your board... that's the only real danger, oh just watch out for the sea snakes, but honestly if you keep an eye out you will be right.

Yeh sure you do see a number of sharks etc, but they are so well fed the chances of being lunch are slim. The trick is not to fall in the water too much and if you do, don't splash around too much, if anything the only thing that might bite you is a territorial seal (they are kind of like dogs of the sea), but as long as it's not mating season, you should be right.

Go to the eastern states the people are friendlier the waters warmer and its not a desert like Gero. N8s talking it up because hes lonley. The place has no decent waves and the daytime temp in November is always hot as hell. Not a nice place to be when it gets hot. If your looking for things to do when its not windy then I hope you enjoy catching flies in your mouth and eyes, theres millions of the little bastards

Hey don't be afraid of the sharks, they eat the stingrays. You have to watch out for those bloody stingrays, they are the real killers!

You know your safe from stingrays when theres a shark around.

Really the water is the safest place to be, having the 8 out 10 of the most venemous snakes in the world, not to mention the funnel web and red back, oh yeh the white tip spider also - mate If I was you,get off the plane and get in the water, at least you have half a chance with the sharks, stingrays, box jelly fish, crocs, dog biting seals... yeh get off land asap!
