Can anyone recommend a great board for the Perth chop? I'm using a shinn monk glitch that is just awesome but a tad small at 133-41, ideally I need the 136-42 but you just can't get hold of them anymore. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Nomad cc wave or Ocean rodeo Mako 150cm
Nomad are hand made in Germany so $2500 landed in Aust so expensive.
Mako in 150 is amazing and is great choice, 150 only though.

Tried those boards but preferred the feel of the monk to be honest. Thank you for your suggestion.

Can anyone comment on the duotone select concept blue? That board certainly looks the goods.

Thanks. I tried the code, was a nice board but felt too harsh and not as smooth in the chop as the monk. I suppose I'm looking for something very similar to the monk in other brands, as shinn just don't seem to be operating anymore.

Wow! Kitesurfing popularity has literally disappeared, it's sad to see.

If you can find one without needing to import it from europe, the Lieuwe Shotgun is even smoother than the monk. Definitely worth being on your radar. VERY good in choppy conditions.

Got a Shinn Bronq and my knees love it! Eats chop all day long! So light at times I feel like it's not even there and I have an invisible keel on my heel!

The Naish Traverse is magic in the chop but as you don't like the Mako those longer rounded boards might not be your thing.100% check out the Naish Motion, it's such a smooth board.
