I'm looking for the best place in Asia for Kitesurfing from may to August... even september..
Indonesia?? IS Boracai still windy wintertime??
How bout Vietnam??

The wind in Boracay comes from the SW in the months you've mentioned. Typhoons are common at that time of year as well (it is the rainy season in the Philippines). Kiting activities switch locations from Bulabog on the eastern side to White Beach on the west.

May to August is the ‘other’ wind season in most of Asia, including Mui Ne and Boracay. If you’re thinking of coming to Asia for a dedicated ‘kite’ trip, then the NE Monsoon season is a much better bet (Jan-Feb). If you’re going to be up here anyway, then there should some wind around in Mui Ne, Boracay, and Phuket. July-August is the main kite season for Bali, and although you will need a big kite, it’s a great spot to ride when it’s blowing.
