Hi kiters!

I'm planning to take 2 months off work in about a year from now either in July-August 2019 or Dec-Jan 2019-2020 to become a certified kitesurfing instructor and have loads of fun improving my kite skills. Key questions:
1. Where are the best spots in the world to achieve this goal (I.e. great wind conditions, professional schools, awesome place to leave for 2 months)

2. Is it possible to become an instructor in that timeframe or how close can I get to it? If not how can I expedite (e.g., study some material or practice some specific skills this coming year)

3. Do you have tips to plan for this?

Atm I'm an intermediate kiter (independent in the waters also with small wave, can self launch/land and beginning to do small jumps) based in a Sydney, Australia.

More seriously try Kite Power for Sydney. But I'd be googling Western Australia. Way more wind.
