Any equal 4 line is generally ok, check pigtails on bridle and backline, some are arse about,( knot larks head) easily changed around , never used a ss bar so others may comment

Thanks for the clarification, didn't think there would be an issue however back lines seemed way too long when connect to the helium. May have to shorten them?

Did you check if there is bottom adjustment ?
Be sure to tune the bar before doing anything...

Others would know better, but my understanding is that it's ok to put a big kite bar on a small kite. Yours being the other way around could mean that the safety line might not flag the kite out completely. Probably worth testing the safety in lighter winds just to make sure it flags out.

Run the lines as if you're going to connect to a kite and tie the ends of your lines to a piece of rope and that rope to a post or a tree. Pull the lot back and pull on the chicken loop - wear the harness if you have to and lean back. Now grab the bar and pull it back too. It should resist you around 2-3 finger widths from the bar. All lines should be equal, unless you're using an old Cabrinha IDS bar.

I got 2010 old Cab IDS (pre recoil) bar and i tune lines equally. Kite flies fine, flags fine (12m SB 2010) Even on Cab site and manual, they say to tune lines to equal lengths (full power trim).

Don't tell me Lofty NorthernKites is wrong again....that must be a first. My old Cab IDS was also 4 equal lines.

That's a 20 inch bar and 23m line's.
You'll want 27m line's and probably a 23inch bar...
