Hi I recently broke both my fibreglass trailing edge battens on my F-one bandit 7. Are they necessary. Do they make much difference to flight characteristics eg drag, flapping ? Also dose anyone know the exact length of the battens? Cheers Tony
Replace the battens with some whipper snipper wire. Cheap and robust and probably work just as well. Alternatively you could probably cut some thick zip ties to length and use those.
