Jas has been in the kite business for years, you won't have a problem.

Only prob i had was ordering a bargain bin kite but then being told a day later they had mistakenly already sold it. They were pretty good about it and offered a very good discount on the newer model. I didn't go for the kite but thought that the situation was handled ok.

They also have a live site chat program that lets you chat to the guys in the shop if you would prefer to communicate that way than making a call... I ordered some sealNglide and received it 3 working days which was good service and was able to confirm my order and check ETA via the chat window on the web site so hats off to the guys for being quite tech savvy and chatty! They did mention that they are a little short staffed at the moment didn't ask why so it could take slightly longer than normal to process some orders I guess.... thanks to Briskites for actually stocking sealNglide as I could not source it at any Chandlery on the Gold Coast!

The stuff works an absolute treat too - water is repelled of my kite and I can confidently dunk the kite at any point on a tough day or trick and know the kite will pull back off the water really light and with just a shake the rest of the excess water runs off....
