Hope no one is out on the water at botany and NB, it just went off at work with 35+ knots of westerly and huge thunder/lighning/cats and dogs living together etc etc!!!

i was running in it - nearly drowned standing up!

I was in Botany Bay and got in a good 20mn before it hit: I was getting electric shocks in my bar all the way through my body till my board each time I was landing. Not exactly enjoyable... I now feel like I'm fully charged...
The drive back turned out to be a lot scarier than my session tho... I didn't want to believe that Sydney gets more rain than London... l now know it's true. It's just that it comes down all at once...

That storm ripped me off... I only got five and a half hours of mickey mouse nor'easter before it hit...I was counting on an eight hour sess today....
Botany Bay disappeared when the rain hit... what a magnificant site.....hey Pete does that post of yours mean you didn't get a sess in mate .....sorry buddy

Yeah Col, I was sat in North 'Scum' Ryde in the Office looking at the lovely graphs tell me it was windy! we keep a close eye on the weather at work and saw it coming about an hour before it hit! was ok tho as we had the old crimbo part last night so now my head hurts!

I guess you found out that I also work at nth ryde..... other wise it wouldn't be scummy!
