Lots of bars will work fine - I have used Cabrinha bars in the past.

This is just a rubbish comment. Had many bars the BWS loos a bit industrial but is perfect for what its designed for - WAVES...

The BWS bar is one of the best on the market. Simple comfortable and good looking. It has had problems with the chicken loop but that was sorted amd the lines they used to use didnt meet freestyle needs without shrinking but its meant for the waves. They have gone to new lines too by the way. Heaps better. I just sold the lastbonr i had in stock except one i need to go with a kite, or id help you out. BLOW IN can help you though

There was a long line at the bar last night

So I went to b w s

I have also used Naish bars with bws kites, worked just fine, I prefer the bws bar over the Naish mostly because Naish use the above bar swivel which doesn't really swivel , they fixed this on their new bars though

The first gen BWS bars had the depower below the bar and weren't great.

All the newish ones have the plastic around the line and depower above the bar and are a really simple quality bar.

My one broke first the safety line in less then 3 weeks of use then my depower line in 2 months and I had to swim for almost 1 hour
I just dont trust this bar very poor quality lines

Hey brazo nuts, have you spoken to anyone at BWS , they have excellent after sales service, or you just trying to stir **** and get yourself some attention.
By the way IMO, the new bars are simply awesome.

i got a new bar really poor quality lines im sorry just the true

mmmm, interesting, I'm up to my third season with mine, and no problems
and there are spares in the bag for when the consumables wear
