Anyone know of Asian kite spots? club med for family with good Kiting? July school holidays.

There's reasonable kiting in North Sumatra/Aceh - Google Yudi's Place Aceh & pm me if you want more info.

There's also a kite camp/school thingy on the Gili's off Lombok. If no wind you can go diving, snorkeling etc.

you guys obviously missed the part about families .

You could do club med in malaysia

spent christmas 2014 there with the family . If i took my 19 and foilboard i could have kited everyday

Aitutaki - Cook Islands. Not Asia I know but a great spot for kiting and snorkelling - depending on the ages of your children.

Philippines has virtually the same high and low seasons aligning with Australia so July is low season

You obviously haven't been to the Gili's. I just came back from there 2 days ago....with my family...

This is the problem i keep running into... finding somewhere with decent wind and surf that is working in the middle of the year. If it was kid friendly and had Mai Tais, all the better.
