I know northern Peru is good for surfing. But even from that website it sounds like it's hit & miss for kiting. May as well go to Brazil where you know its consistent.

Looks awesome but as stated a little hit and miss for kiting. Also apart from the surfing it looks dog ugly and boring. That being said thanks for posting, epic waves and no crowds, it has to be worth consideration.
