sh!t man that one takes the cake. i recon im pretty paranoid about injuries, iv even started doing this 10 minute yoga routine thing that i found online every second day its just a shoulder one for now but i sneak in some knee stretches about once a week too. plus normal stretches before i go out, im 27 and i know all that injury sh!t is coming up soon. but yeh i cant believe how hardly anybody wears boots. they make you ride better and they save your ankles. ohh and they make you look like a sick cant
boots R good but..... I rather have a foot injury than a knee injury, done both my feet in landing hard, done my left knee in by a wave riding boots.
