Hahaha, I was just thinking something ironic. I was never good enough at surfing to pop airs (couldn't really generate enough speed I think) and now that I kite with a surfboard I've been able to solve that problem. On the flipside though (hah!) I'll never be good enough to do big airs like this so will continue to use my kite mainly as a tool to ride waves. While I'm blown away by the skill required for strapless freestyle, I think I still prefer watching kite-wave riding. :)
