Unfortunately in this day and age we've become accustomed to little or no service, from ordering at take away shops and ending up with food nothing like what's on the display board, to buying those must have things and once you walk out the door it's not there problem or your responsible for everything that goes wrong with it.
But then once in awhile someone hears you have a whinge about something of poor quality that actually had nothing to do with them and even though its past it warranty, they go out of there way to help get you sorted and running again.
So thanks alliance gear for finding me a compatible bar for my kites, plus I'm definately gonna go through you guys on any future purchases for upgrades and gear for this seasons kiting even your though down in NSW and I'm up here in Qld its this kind of service that'll get me on your web site first.
Oh yeah and once it warms up this season I'll make sure to pop in and say hi to all the guys at Alliance Gear while visiting my family down there .

I had a few dealings with alliance and everything is 100%..... service, backup and after sale follow up

Good work Alliance Gear! I've also dealt with these guys heaps over the years. They provide fantastic service and always tell it to you straight. Great advice from honest dudes is worth its weight in gold these days...
