Lol, where did you pull the 22 seconds from? You do realise they replay the same jump? On the video they claim 17 seconds but you really only see about 8 seconds. They also claim 7 kiteloops and you see about 2, which are downloops. Looks like fun wind though, I've sometimes managed to get that sort of helicopter downloop thingo going on my kites but not to that extent...

As it said "here's the last bit" as it was done on a spectators camera.

I'm not writing off his a achievements I just made an observation that on the you tube clip it claims 17 seconds and you can't really see very much of the jump. I had know idea about any article I just watched the link you posted... I was merely saying the clip is inconclusive without any other evidence, and yes 22 seconds is impressive.
