mate, all im going to say is if you are going 2009 then you really need to start haggling. With 2010 gear already out, they should be able to cut you a better deal than that
Yeah, you should be able to pick a 12m up for about $1600-1650. Sellers were doing a board and kite combo for the (full) price of a kite a little while back.
I have a 2007 Boxer SLE, and the Cult is the progression of that, so I would recommend it. I reckon the 2009 would be fine!
