If anyone has any info at all about a 2006 Force Raptor, I'd appreciate it.
-The bar has a fifth line on it but I'm not exactly sure where to tie it on the kite
-Not exactly sure how to go about water relaunching the sucker

These are my main questions but like I said, I'd appreciate any info as google hasnt been too much help so far,

Take all your gear down to your local kite school. I'm sure they will be glad to show you how to set it up.

The 5th line attaches to a line coming off the kite in the middle of the leading edge.

My main suggestion to you would be to get somebody (either an instructor or a very experienced kitesurf mate who has relaunched a 5th line c-kite) to show you how to relaunch a 5th line c-kite.

These things have the ability to hurt you real bad if you try to figure it out yourself.
