Was in Denia Spain last year in July.
We kited just north of Denia maybe 10klms .
There was a chap foiling there. .In August very busy keep away from swimmers 100mtrs otherwise lifeguards radio beach cops on quads.
We had an interesting chat Aussie re Spanish no comprenda but got the gist.
Back there in May kiting and foiling bit further north Oliva or Piles on the beach.
Great place .

Europe is a big and meteorological diverse part if the world.
I'd suggest looking at Splocs. Your kinda like asking " where is good trekking in Europe "...options are endless

August you are best in Greece or south East Mediterranean where the meltemi blows. Or way out West in Spain near Tarifa. Check out windfinder for seasonal trends
