Light wind ocean riding in 11 to 13 knots.
Paired with my Peter lynn fury 13 meter.
Had the 60 but my little arms found it a
bitch to carry to the beach.
It was to wide and a handfull if there was a bit of swell.

ok makes sense. Also a very nice and fast board that fits this category is a temavento Sl63. Full carbon and only 4kg.
The fins are also important. I am not sure what cant is working best for the Sectors. I know airush also makes a slalom board that one of best guys in world designed- my mate Julien Kerneur.
btw have you tried hydrofoiling? It would open a new window for what you after..

I love my 52. I found some old surfboard mini-tuttle fins and run the thrusters in the back with the 18cm sector fins in the front. I lose a tiny bit of low end, and a bit of upwind angle, but the overall speed, comfort and handling are improved compared to the 22/18cm supplied fins. I reckon I'll ride the 52 till it dies and hopefully by then I'll have the tacking and gybing skills to move onto a foil. Was out a few days ago in 13 knot average, dropping to 10 knots, gusting to 16, and always able to go upwind and absolutely charge off the wind on my 2011 13m Edge. Only other crew out were two on foils and one on a full raceboard.
