I agree. That's why I only really call them conspiracy theorists when I see that they jump at anything that seems to be against popular opinion or science, without any careful evaluation of things. If they just believed in one conspiracy I could understand that, but when they seem to believe in them all, without any real decent information, that's when they become conspiracy theorists.

In fact, I believed you when you claimed you weren't one, but the more I read on different things, the more I started to think you are one.

In your post from before, you are thanking 'Pharma' for the protection against the virus that escaped from the lab. Other than taking your comment literally, I don't know how to interpret it, as you haven't explained it. Is this one of the CT things? Don't take a stand so that no one can pull your agument apart?

Who is digging a hole for themself? That's the weak sort of argument that losers use so that they themselves don't have to form an argument for the contrary. I find myself confused when people use that one in real life and confused when other people fall for it. Weak.

P.S. I call BS on your reference to an article on the wall street journal. This has happened so many times on here where someone posts a link to an article that is on a paid website. I just don't believe you have a subscription to the wall street journal. Therefore you posting the link highly suggests that you haven't bothered looking at the link yourself, which then implies that you haven't bothered reading the text at all and have just reposted something someone else has sent you. Probably from the US, as seems to be the norm.

I will call out an exception though. If PM33 cites an article on Henry Makow, I would believe he has a subscription. It fits.

Where the fark in my message did I say I have a subscription to WSJ? Do you just make shiit up?

You're so into science and evidence and "careful evaluation of things". Please show me the evidence I said I have a subscription and how you came to this conclusion.

Read the first few lines of the article. It clearly states that a lab leak is a plausible possibility. You don't need a subscription to see that.

Oh, that's worse. You go via a headline or the first few sentences without trying to understand 'why' or 'how'? How do you then judge the relative merit of an article or do you just cherry-pick articles that agree with what you want?

My mistake. I am sorry. I stupidly applied my own approach to what I thought you would do. Thank you for telling me you don't approach things the same way.

Consider this a full retraction. 'Flying Dutchman' did not require a subscription to the wall street journal and most likely made his judgement based on the first few lines of an article behind a paywall.

I cannot make the call on whether he thinks that the virus was natural and then leaked from a lab or whether it was manufactured in a lab and then released, as I cannot make assumptions about how far he has read of the three or four sentences that are available.

I don't personally know anyone who is not vaccinated (probably because I generally hang around with scientifically educated people). None of them had serious side affects from the vaccination Maybe half have had COVID. None were seriously ill or even bothered to see a doctor.
